In Vietnam, the diving is a relatively new activity that develops in proportion to the growth in tourism since the gradual opening of the country in 1991 ( the Doi Moi ). Until April 2010, no offers for diving existed. Today, the recent partnership established between Dive Spirit Travel, Cocodive Center and Euro Diving Vietnam has created a complete product on the destination of Nha Trang, the birthplace of diving in southern Vietnam. The first offering will be gradually enriched by other destinations like the island of Phu Quoc, Hoi An and Da Nang.
There are three major areas for diving for now :Hoi An and Da Nang ( center ), Nha Trang with its bay dotted with islands, the Van Phong Bay and its legendary site of the Whale Island, and in the extreme south -west in the Gulf of Thailand: Phu Quoc Island. Other sites are recently being discovered and in exploration, including the archipelago of islands in the Con Đảo South China Sea about 200 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City promises to be the one of the most beautiful diving places in Asia Southeast.

Palm Cove - Scuba Diving The Great Barrier Reef
Palm Cove is a beautiful beach community located about 17 miles north of Cairns. Named for the coconut palm trees that line the beach, it offers a tropical year-around climate. Located in Far North Queensland, Australia, Palm Cove is surrounded by the Daintree Tropical Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef in the South Pacific Ocean.
Palm Cove has a historical past dating back more than 60,000 years. Its first settlers were the Aborigines, island people who lived off the land in grass huts. Many stories have been written about Palm Cove and its history with the Aborigines and Captain Cook who stopped there on his trips navigating the Australian coast. In 1986, the Ramada Reef Resort opened as Palm Cove's first hotel and led the way to tourism and visitors from around the world.

Check Your Marine Hardware Before Diving Trip
It is important to always have marine hardware on your boat that functions perfectly. Even on a small lake, going out on a broken boat can be rather dangerous. When something goes wrong, you could only have a few minutes to get help; you could become stranded far from shore or the boat could even start to sink. If your boat is in tip-top condition before you ever hit the water, this will not happen, which is why so much time and effort should be put into checking over the boat each spring, before you launch it for the year.

There are some telltale signs that can show you that pieces of hardware need to be replaced. If the lines connecting the sail to the deck look frayed, you should replace them so that they do not snap in heavy winds. After that, check the cleats to see if they are rusting at all, something that can happen quickly with non-galvanished cleats. You should also check the wood under the cleats to see that it is not rotting, which may happen if water gets inside the screw holes, compromising the cleat's integrity even if it is in good condition. Lastly, check the drain in the rear of the boat to ensure that it is not plugged or cracked, that it will effectively drain the water that the craft takes on.

Surfing with favorite Surfboard
If surfing is your passion, you probably need a place to store your
board so that you can get to it quickly and easily. This is not
something that you do once a summer, but something that forms the core
of your life. With the surfboard on a wall rack, you know that it is
also right within reach. The board will be protected from accidental
scratches and dents, allowed to dry perfectly, and it will be right
there waiting for you when you want to go hit some waves.

However, have you thought about using the surfboard as a decoration? People do this all of the time with the things that they love. For instance, people who love hunting and shooting often have all of their guns on a display rack. They know about guns, they love the way that they look, and they want to show off when people come over to visit. A surfboard can be used in exactly the same way. When you hang it on a wall, it looks almost as good as a piece of artwork, but it is even better because it is also functional when you want to go out and have a good time.
You can really use these racks in any room, but your board is probably going to look the best against a blank white wall. This makes it the focal point of the wall, and the colors will stand out. For the best Surfboard wall racks choose SurfDogz.com.

Catch Some Live Music On Your Trip To Spain
Heading to sunny climates for some summer holiday unwinding is a great way to spent a few weeks. The holiday doesn't have to be simply a regular "beach and bars" holiday though; Spain is a great country with plenty to do, so why not combine your summer trip with something like a music festival to make it an unforgettable break.
Head To Barcelona
The capital city of Barcelona is an amazing place to visit any time of the year. If you want to experience a different side of the city, try heading out there during May for the Primavera Music Festival. This year's event featured talent like Blur and the Wu-Tang Clan and it has become one of Europe's biggest summer music events. The festival takes place at the end of the month and is just around 15km from Barcelona airport and around 5km from the city itself. Pulling crowds of over 100,000, this event has been running for over ten years and just gets bigger and bigger. For a taste of what to expect take a look at the BBC article on last year's Primavera Festival. You can always look online for information about holidays to Spain and the rock festivals and events taking place.

Having Fun in the Sun, While Playing It Safe
There are not many people, especially here in the sun-starved UK, that do not enjoy a nice day at the beach or even a relaxing picnic out in the country. Sunshine is actually good for us, as scientists have proven that even just 15 minutes a day can provide just about everybody with the appropriate dose of vitamin D. In fact, it appears that sunshine is in fact the best source of vitamin D for us. Taking extra vitamin D tablets does not provide any real additional benefit.

It probably comes as no surprise that sunshine is in fact good for us. Just about everybody gets a sense of energy from being outside in the sunshine, even if just for a little while. But it is also important to remember that too much of a good thing is in fact not a good thing at all. Especially for many of us here in the UK, who are fair skinned by nature, prolonged exposure to sunshine can cause some nasty burns which can be painful and not look very appealing. It is therefore important to pay close attention to how much time one spends in the sun, as well as making sure that they take all the necessary cautions to remain safe.

Considerations to Look for in a Swimwear
Swimming and doing some water sports are enjoyable things to do. However, these things should be done with the right swimwear to prevent some health hazards such as hypothermia due to the cold waters, sun burn, getting beaten by jelly fish, etc.
There are so many brands that offer quality swimwear, but choosing the right material is still foremost among the many considerations. Look for swimwear that are not ill-fitting, fades fast, with uneven stitches, and easily frayed.

The Key Element in All Water Sports
For years now, wetsuits have been playing a very important role in making water sports such as scuba diving and deep sea diving hugely popular all over the world; without which, it would be impossible to join in such sports as the cold water can be very dangerous to your health.

Though you can find inexpensive wetsuits or you can just easily rent one, selection of a good wetsuit requires some study and proper research. You must choose wisely if you do not want to end up with an ill-fitting wetsuit that can leave you uncomfortable, or worse, chilly.
